Laura's background is in finance, working for 20 years in commercial, government and nonprofit lending.  She spent time growing up in Fair Hill and has a passion for nature and education.  She is a certified yoga teacher and loves spending time with her family and dogs.  Laura has her BBA in Finance from James Madison University.

Lisa has worked in environmental education as a naturalist for over 20 years. She loves engaging people in the natural world around them and the spark when someone connects with nature. She found her own spark for nature as a crew leader for the Maryland Conservation Corps. She's also served as Regional Coach for the Maryland Civic Justice Corps, and has been lead naturalist for Assateague State Park. Lisa moved to Delaware in 2011 as a Clinic Supervisor for Tristate Bird Rescue & Research. For the last ten years she has managed interpretive programs, events, summer camps, and the nature center for Brandywine Creek State Park.

Lisa loves being outside, camping, hiking, and spending time with her family. Lisa has a BA from Salisbury University in PS and Environmental Policy.

Laura spent 15 years assisting Cecil County's business community as the manager of the award winning Business Information Center at the Cecil County Public Library.  She is an expert at developing community programming and is passionate about conservation.  She loves to read, travel and spend time with friends and family.  Laura has her BA from Purdue and Masters from Indiana University in Library and Information Sciences.

Rachel is an huge asset to the Fair Hill Nature Center.  As our bookkeeper, she keeps us organized and we are grateful to her accounting skills.
