| Minutes from the Board of Director's Meeting January 26, 2005 |
IN ATTENDANCE – Dennis Clower, Bill Pannill, Hinda Smith, Dan Schneckenburger, Holly Hannum, Ron Perkins, Doug Hill, Joe Janusz, Cindy Miller, Mark Crawford, Mario Gangemi
Approval of minutes of November 19, 2004 – These will be reviewed and approved at next BOD meeting.
REPORTS – A reminder that all reports are to be emailed to all Board members 1 week prior to Board meeting. Action items and/or questions should be highlighted in those reports. It is the goal to streamline the meetings so that we can concentrate on important items and shorten the needed meeting time.
TREASURER"S REPORT – Reports were handed out
at meeting. As of end of December 2004 we were showing positive amount of $5418.07.
A budget for the year needs to be developed. Historic records and Cindy’s
estimates should be utilized. Cindy was to complete her portion by January
28th.
Group agreed that bookkeeper help should be sought. Ron Perkins and
Bill Pannill have some ideas and will provide information to Mario.
PERSONNEL COMMITTEE – Contract with Cindy has been completed and signed.
